ArcGIS for Local Government helps local governments leverage their geographic information and the ArcGIS Platform to improve government activities and enhance services provided to the general public. The Local Government Information Model provides ready to use maps, apps and database schemas developed by ESRI that can be deployed rapidly for any organization.  

The ArcGIS Local Government solution set leverages the ArcGIS Platform and includes hundreds of ready-to-use maps, apps, and platform configurations that Candent will customize and implement based on your organization's specific and local needs using GIS tools. The following are a few examples:

ArcGIS Online is a complete, cloud-based mapping platform hosted by Esri. ArcGIS Online gets you up and running quickly. It's designed for anyone, at anytime, on any device. Candent will set up and manage your organization on ArcGIS Online including granting access, license management and other administrative duties. Candent will deploy your maps and apps on ArcGIS Online which can then be accessed by your staff.

Candent uses ArcSDE - the ArcGIS multi-user enterprise geodatabase to store and manage your GIS data.
